The program
What driving for a DSP means
BOOZ LOGISTICS INC is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP): an independent company that runs delivery routes with its own fleet and its own team of drivers. You don't drive your own car or pay for gas: you arrive at the station, get your van and your route for the day, and deliver in an assigned area.
A day on route
- You arrive at the station and get the van assigned to your shift.
- You load the packages for your route and check the delivery device.
- You head out to your area and deliver following the day's route.
- You return the van to the station and close out your shift.
Each route takes between 8 and 9 hours, including loading and the return to the station.
Work schedules
- 4-day week
- Four routes per week, 8 to 9 hours each. This is our full-time schedule.
- Part-time
- Fewer days per week, with the same route length. A good fit if you have other commitments.
- Routes available
- Monday through Saturday. Specific days are agreed based on the station's operation.
- Pay
- Every two weeks, on a fixed date by direct deposit, plus a performance bonus.
