Information we collect
- Information you give us in the application form: full name, email address, phone number, position of interest, preferred work schedule, whether you hold a valid driver's license and work permit, whether you can cover 8 to 9 hour routes, and any optional message you write.
- Documents you upload if your interview is approved: driver's license, social security number, work permit and signed application form, in PDF format.
- Minimal technical data: the date and time of your submission and the IP address it came from. We keep these as a record of when you gave your consent.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising, or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use your information
- To review your application and contact you during the hiring process.
- To schedule your interview and tell you the outcome.
- To verify that you meet the legal requirements to drive and to work.
- To comply with our employment and tax obligations under applicable law.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not pass it to anyone who wants to market to you.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the consent box on the application form, we may send you text messages related to your application: interview scheduling, application status updates and reminders about outstanding documents.
- Checking that box is optional. Your application is processed either way, and it does not affect our hiring decision.
- Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the process.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

Who we share information with

None of them are permitted to use your information for their own commercial purposes.
How we protect your documents
Your PDFs are not published on the internet. They are stored in a server folder that is not reachable from the web, separated by applicant, and are only viewed through an internal password-protected panel used by authorized company staff. The connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS).
How long we keep your data
- If we hire you, your data becomes part of your employment file and is kept for as long as applicable law requires.
- If we do not hire you, we keep your application for up to 24 months in case a suitable vacancy comes up, and then delete it.
- If you opt out of SMS, we stop messaging you immediately and keep only the record of your opt-out, so we can show that we honored it.
- You may ask us to delete your data before those periods.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email compliance.booz@gmail.com and we will respond.
Minors
This site is intended for job seekers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
